Looks like the insiders heading to the trough today - none of them have earned anything - share price was crushed last quarter.  The market only cares about production and profit and to date management has delivered neither.......  Its no wonder the sp is hovering under a dime...

Rights and options r how insiders make there pay. They r typically issued at bottoms. If they were issued at tops, the insiders would b pretty stupid. I make my money buying at the bottom. I see the ussue as a good sign bottom is in. Happy guessing. nf

Tom... because the bulk of the shares are owned by Pala, Castlelake and three or four other bigger owners they, as we get slightly diluted. If anything the rights and options raise their and our share cost a tiny amout by virtue of the increase in the eventual fully diluted share count. The positive side is more important. The management team are fully incented to get this thing up and running as

I think a quick goole search would help you understand something  before making a statement. Understood that things went to hell but this is not  them(directors) heading to the trough. This is likely(IMO) Insiders getting in at the bottom. The incentive is that the share price will go up. If we see insiders converting and selling at 9 cents then I would be concerned.   Just my
