I am willing to bet that Management has not $ 1 of their own invested. Are we going back to 1.8 billion shares outstanding before they are finished issuing more and more treasury shares?

Ur correct as many here hav pointed out ! i hav disagreed for the most part of their better parts on this investor cycliing.. i had great anticipation of a possible new venue to fund the remainder of the UG.. however - these funding arrangements ,that entail mid term short selling by the principal reciepients outside of NCI.. hav become extremly destructive... i am generally protective of
