I am guessing Pala is out of money. The new lender gets 1rst lock on security. This is very good for all. Pala and friends got the mine to a point of understanding, to bring in new money to quickly ramp to name plate. Hopefully, copper gets to 10.00 quick. Nf

Not seeing any activity for 2024, there are tranactions from 2023. News of the new backer coming out may just be what this mine needs to get fully online. Not seeing the value of looking too slowly at insider tranactions now considering things just changed this week.

I think u r on track Quin. Pala and friends put about 50 million in on loan unsecured. However I believe they do have an option to convert. If something should happen that mine did fail Elliot gets paid 1rst.  With there triple flag loan Elliot probably will have 100 million invested now.   That is about as risk free as lending becomes. There r mines in Africa with way worse water

Yes, close to finished, or determined that mine is not workable with current management, issues, etc  Not the first time this has happened. Sometines mines just dont work economically. The 60m popping in immediately begs many questions. Some rosy, some not.

Resignations are not resignations, its a leadership sacking.  Consider how fustrating it is to raise capital not once but twice to restart the mine and only later realize its not enough. New leadership is a given.

This is now in the hands of a corp close to a Barrick or Goldcorp size. With lien holders all on side, courts will have little administration to do. Dip loans usually work out for all. Nf

If mine was uneconomical, Elliot, who has been invested through tf, and knows the mine details, would certainly not have antied up 60 million.  Explaining the resignations seams easy. Pala have up control to tf. So far 4 or 5 Pala Merc directors have left. That would have been part of the structure change.Pala still has people on the board, which is appropriate
