My guess

Is that, the 20 million immediate cash request, will pay wages, commission UG crusher, build piping from slurry plant and install more UG pumps.

At that point restructuring is done and mill is covering costs. What is the other 40 mill. for.

My guess. Exploration and finishing op feasibility.

I think, ncu is at a milestone.

I believe it's possible a federal bailout will appear.  Copper Supply is a national security item now, that change came into affect over a year ago (maybe 2 years). Nothing is for certain however there are at least a couple of ways things could still work out for current investors JMHO

Yah.  The chpt. 11 dip provision is a gov. Law. With a participating investor offering dip financing, I doubt much will come from gov. Certainly could b some.  Patiently waiting:)) Nf
