RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thought Experiment

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thought ExperimentFrom that angle it comes down to the likelihood of succeeding in a lawsuit against the EPA. Does anyone have any insight on the odds of that happening?

Most lawsuits against the EPA are filed by other governmental bodies (usually states) or by a large consortium of corporations or environmental groups. It would seem to me that the likelihood of a single corporation succeeding in overturning a federal government decision are vanishingly small. Never mind the cost to the plaintiff.

Nevertheless, I would sincerely welcome evidence to the contrary if anyone can offer it. I would like to think that it isn't just wishful thinking, because - like marriage - wishful thinking is no basis on which to make an investment decision.
