Can a company stretch the truth when they state, "...advanced negotiations..."? This stock makes no sense to be dropping with what was released on Friday. With advanced negotiations this stock should be climbing. At the very least should be steady...not dropping 5 cents. Can it be that there are no partners at the table or partners that are barely interested?
