Permit file wordingHey all, to those that haven't blocked me. This was brought up on twits so I ask it here to get confirmation.
Was it ever said by management they WILL FILE for permitting by end of this year? I'm not talking partnerships, but regarding permitting, were the words WILL FILE used?
I ask because on twits a good point was made. When the permit is filed wouldn't they have to disclose who is involved? As such, wouldn't any partners be listed on the paperwork? Having said that, if they WILL FILE this year that means a partner(s) have to be released before the paperwork. Am I wrong here? They have four weeks to file the permit, meaning they have weeks to release the partner news as well. Unless all is being done together.
This all depends on what was actually said by management. If WILL FILE THIS YEAR or something equivalent was stated. If they don't file the permit this year then what can we say about management? Will people say he never actually stated that and go back it was just words?
