You look dumb stating these obviously facts trying to spin good news into bad. Yes "No 404 permit application has been filed yet" good job genius, thanks for pointing that out. Make sure you don't include the reason it isn't filed yet is because up until this morning we never had the commitment of cash for it without spending out of our own pocket. We just got a commitment of just under 40 million dollars IN 5 DAYS for the sole purpose of spending towards permits (the 404). But yes technically you're right "no 404 has been filed" duh
