Could 2/12 be the day?

Could 2/12 be the day?
Being it has been stated NDM/NAK would set less aggressive deadlines in 2018 to ensure deadlines are met and the finalization of the options agreement is expected "end of 1q/beginning of 2q". Do we think it is possible that this coming Monday, 2/12, is the day the options agreement is finalized? It is the day FM has their conference call with shareholders. Maybe PR before open Monday? Clearly just speculation here....any thoughts?
