Afraid the New Orleans flooding / negative press made the Corps sissified as an explanation for the milk toast treatment given to Pebble. This can be compared to the Supreme's hiding behind potential unrest as a reason not to take up election fraud. Pebble is a world class deposit, and like any world class deposit will be developed in phases - its a mega deposit (that will enhance the salmon & lifes of many). I am sure that China's current ruling authorities would dearly love to participate in the project one way or another to the detriment of shareholders and Alaska/Americans. Murkowki should take up the torch for Pebble as a huge benefit for Alaska, but then again she is a swamp creature. Happy Trading
