The final EIS, which is a 4,000 page document states that the impact to the salmon fishery would be minimal. This is an emotional topic which needs to be dealt with hard science which the final EIS is. As the saying goes;"One is entitled to their own opinions, but not entitled to their own facts." However, being open minded, is there anything that the USACE'S final EIS has missed? I

There was no backpedaling or flip flopping. People just misread the report, or should I say didn't even read the report, but assumed it said stuff it didn't say, because of some reporter who did some lazing and erroneous writing. F'in retarded journalists.
