so when youre all done bickering about the election..  do we think we can still get an ROD before Biden is inaugerated?  i think im just holding and going down with the ship if thats what comes if it... so be it.

We'll get the Rod this month. It is what guys on ST say. Biden does not have the authority to overturn ROD, Dems did not win the senate so cannot change the NEPA legislation. Biden is not being elected dictator, once the ROD is issued this goes to the state. He will have more important things to do than get embroiled with Pebble. Ya, not to mention there's a fair scientific process
