What’s going to happen with the suit?

Looked at all the restrictions to join the action. I believe this is a dead deal. Lost too much already and sadly can't see the situation improving for a very longtime if at all. It had promise but fighting a federal government you just don't win.

Not without a Feasibility Study based on the current agency submitted mine plan releasing proven/probable mineral "ore" reserves.  Note how desperate trolls never discuss anything of pertinence or value.  https://mrmr.cim.org/media/1088/cim_definition_standards_may10_2014.pdf

There are no Feasibility Study released proven/probable RESERVES. Only Preliminary Economic Assessment RESOURCES which have no demonstrated value. Read. Learn. Apply. Bye-bye. Page 4: https://mrmr.cim.org/media/1088/cim_definition_standards_may10_2014.pdf
