There is no “taking”.

Compliance with federal law has nothing to do with surface or minerals owned/leased by the State.  

Additionally, Pebble has yet to demonstrate economics by way of a Feasibility Study per the existing agency submitted mine plan releasing RESERVES.  

Anglo prepared an in-house Feasibilty Study level assessment and walked after spending ~$500 million.

23-years. Nothing.
