Imagin Medical CSE – IME

Imagin Medical CSE IME, OTC IMEXF is going to be a winner. Boston Scientific is a serious contender. After all they do sell endoscope equipment but do not have an endoscope of their own. Jim, our CEO, sold them, for US$40 mil, what became their Microinvasive division! Kenny Daignault, currently on IMEs B of D was Boston Scientifics head of urology research. Connections run deep between IME and Boston Scientific. But what about Photocure, the company that manufactures Cysview3 the imaging agent? Think they'd want a scope? Sell a complete package! And of course Olympus and Carl Storz are both serious contenders. As the two largest endoscope and endoscope equipment sellers they are always in fierce completion with each other. Stryker, Richard Wolf, ACMi, and Intuitive Medical all sell endoscopes and related equipment as well. Coviden/Medtronic, as mentioned Boston Scientific, J&J, Cook Medical, Hoya, Smith and Nephew and ConMed sell endoscopy related supplies and equipment but these do not sell scopes. American Medical Speciality and Siemens sell lasers that are attached to endoscopes for cutting but currently do not sell scopes or any other scope related equipment other then their lasers. All in all it's a very competitive space with perhaps a half dozen or more large, annual billion dollar revenue blue chip companies looking at IME with their totally, to the global endoscope market, disruptive technology that by second 1/4 of 2017 will be proven to be THE must have endoscope for the US$46 bil global endoscope market. IMO it ain't if, it's when someone jumps and throws an offer on the table. Rick
