Don't understand finances of this company.

How can it be losing money and then paying such a consistent dividend?  Also, for a company that is supposedly losing money, it has very little debt.

I can't tell.  Is all that EPS losses attributed to depreciation or goodwill writedown?

I think part of the reason it has a decent balance sheet is share dilution in the past 3-4 years.  Recently, it has been share buyback though. I think business is interesting.  I think EV motor transition away from rare earth is not certain and if true, there will continue to be need for rare earth anyway.
