Dilution of the Stock.

Just reading over the private placements, and the quantity and value of the stocks for private placement, will dilute the stock value by 58%.

Sir Mick Davis has a pretty lucrative offering from NEXT.
Just be cautious folks.

True Tankerman but I think the dilution was going to happen at about that magnitude anyway in order to get the funding for the mine (otherwise it would become a salvage sale) There are 600 Million shares outstanding. Agree with you 100% recap_nb. There certainly is value in their graphite and vadium deposits. I'll likely re-enter on the dip when they issue the private placement.
