RE: As requested...The BCSC website puts out the weekly issuers in default and the company has been on the list for quite some time coded A and C, meaning financials past due and they haven't paid their filing fee. Apparently, the BCSC didn't make a mistake and NFC did some last minute scrambling to scrape together their financials?!?!?! Either way, if there is no problem then I am sure that NFC will put out a NR to that affect...
