Not sure how that works. I think they would still have to pay the divy if they were short on past divy payouts

Someone who is short has to pay the dividend. However, NFI cut the dividend, so they don't have to pay for it anymore. Anyway the stock is going to $13, so they're screwed.

This is a50 dollar stock, just give it a couple of year and this will sort itself out. I still have 4000 shares, too bad I got them at 24 dollars...lol ...but I have full confidence we will do very well regardless of dividend. I just wasted it anyway,
