Credibility

Credibility100,000 oz x 1100gold = 111million gross income gone till who knows when.....

How and why did a (supposedly) transparent company such as ngd keep the ongoing and potential devasting results from the outcome of this legal battle from investors. I follow/invest in ngd and this was a surprise. They have lost a lot of credibility. Where are the nr warning us of the possibility of the mine closing. This stock is going to go down further as more details emerge and the daunting task of winning in the courts is fully appreciated. You cant replace this gold stream easily and imho this is going to drag on for sometime. Who knows maybe its the end for this mine?? The current sp must reflect a believe that this will all pass shortly, but what legal battles pass shortly.

I like the company but Im not buying back in till a realistic sp is arrived at that reflects the real possibility that this mine will not reopen, or until it becomes apparent that it will reopen. glta
