Reporting how many shares are owned by insiders is pretty much just factual information; the inference about a lack of confidence in NGD is not a leap of logic, just common sense.  I suppose it could be the opposite, that they know this thing is going through the roof because we're being bought out at a huge premium and don't want to appear greedy or illegal. But I own too many shares and this company sucks.  IMO
