I can't say I disagree with you about shutting the plant down, liquidating all of the assets and paying us the residual value which should be 2x to 4x the current SP.  But how would we make them do this?   In reality I t would be a long drawn out and expensive process.

To date I have been of the opinion that the market would eventually recognize the true value of the asset but it woud seem I have placed too much trust in the power (and maybe integrity) of the independent board to withstand the pressure of Glencore to screw the priority shareholders.

I am sure that there is a process whereby the shareholders can demand an emergency meeting and oust the board but I have no idea how to get that ball rolling.
