RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Position disclosure I'm not a lawyer or a Bay street market mogul but my simple engineer's brain says it is not reasonable that they withold this information.  It is only commercially sensitive to one shareholder and that is Glencore and that same shareholder is aware of the terms while all of the other share holders are in the dark.  The independent directors were put in place to represent the interests of the priority unit holders.  They have a fiduciary duty to us, NOT GLENCORE.  I don't see how they can defend witholding this vital information from the very group that they are suposed to represent. 

ZI1, you said that in your view the terms would be kept confidential.  Is that an opinion of somebody who is what I am not?  I.e. a lawyer or a Bay street market mogul.  I suspect that most on this board would have no idea how to launch a complaint to the OSC or even issue a formal request for this information.
