announcement"Management” made an announcement today.:  Noranda Income Fund's electrolytic zinc processing facility located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Que., has met its 2020 zinc metal production guidance of between 260,000 and 270,000 tonnes. Zinc metal production increased 2.1 per cent to 268,387 tonnes from 262,965 tonnes in 2019.

I am curious since neither management nor the (very dedicated)  "independent board” never appear to do anything, other than acts focused to benefit themselves or Glencore  why make this announcement of an apparent success?
