The SPA agreement appear to be in risk of not being a valid contract. So i woudn't stop there.

CEZinc will be available to buy for 1 $ if SPA agreement doesn't get renewed fixing the need to convert NIF-UN to a regular compagny or creating a new compagny and plan the transfert of employes and etc.

The compagny is in a bad position at this time both in market conditions or not but if we get back to market conditions or better conditions, we would be in a very good position when the market conditions will get better as it's will happen with increase of concentrate availability as it's was happening just before the COVID-19.
