RE:RE:Value of the NIF landThe new guy "Stocky" who just established an account to make a thinly disguised pro-management takeover post - "take the crumbs they offer you"; yes, the situation is dire we have a board that appears to only be working in Glencore's interest.   Two votes on a 7-member board did not control the direction of the company.

IJP, I assume you are a "no" on the offer vote or you would not be here still posting.  I agree there are risks with a no vote, such as a dilutive share issue.   I think it was unethical of the company to deliberately delay the board vote and rush through the offer vote.  But we are used to that from this ethically challenged group. Regardless, it is like Russia and their constant threat to take nuclear action when Ukraine is winning the war.  I don't want to be held hostage by a corrupt company and will vote no.   Presumably, the dissident group could attempt to get a temporary injunction if there is a rights offering before they take over and properly assess the situation.   Glencore does not want to dilute there position either.
