RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:bidding war wheeeeeeeeeeeeeHe was talking about the past.. He used to own NII when they decided to do a reverse split..  This was some time back and I guess he never got back in although according to that comment he had planned to.. 

After the split, trading dried up and spread were a tad crazy although one money manager managed to accumulate a sizable position..
