RE:RE:RE:Lots of DOWN pressure still

RE:RE:RE:Lots of DOWN pressure stillnot sure why anyone would expect institutional ownership when close to 70% of available shares are held by management (hence - institutional investors cannot exercise much control over thier investment apart from being a minority shareholder.  Institutional sharesholders tend to wield thier influence on large stakes - something they couldn't do with Neulion).

Second - most institutions are not permitted to by stocks below a certain value (ie- within the $1.00 range).  Until they list with Nasdaq (something that was discussed some time ago and may still be in play at some point - don't expect institutions to buy).

Third - low liquidity/average trading volume - no institutional buyers wants to buy into a stock where there are few buyers and sellers - creates too much portfolio risk especially if they wish to dump thier shares.

Lastly, institutions can't touch Neulion because of it's crazy high beta.  Institutions manage earnings - adding Neulion to a portfolio with a beta in the 3 to 4 range - if a meaningful stake was taken - would potentally create chaotic earnings within their portolio.

Folks - get a grip and remind yourself of a few things.  Management owns 70% of this company - where do you know of such a company where management would take that kind of stake.  Heck - Charles Wang and family have set up a trust fund for thier kids based on Neulion stock.   Although there may be interested parties in Neulion - they are not stupid - they are not likely interested in selling any stake at current valuations given the current growth trends within the industry.  They stand to do much better as 4k adoption becomes the norm in 2017 to 2020.    This is a management team that knows how do do acquisitions or divestitures.  I still contend that at some point - a major MPVD like Rogers, Bell, or European MPVD will either wholly acquire, or make a partial acquistion in NLN now that MLBAM has dropped the gauntlet - it's only a matter of time. Lastly - this is the only game in town for 4k sports streaming - no other provider offers integrated 4k streaming capabilities.  Sit on this for a few year and i'm sure this will be a lot higher than it is today.  If you are watching the stock price daily - it will drive you nuts!
