Goren Added to BoDLooks like a nice move to get Ed. But IMHO the BoD has dead wood there and is way to big for a company this size. Would really like to see them get the directors down to 5 or 7.... NOT 10
Don't need both Wangs there and perhaps some of the fund owners on the board protecting their investment are part of the problem sucking up oxygent at the BoD meetings.
