UFC.tv was awesome quality...showtime was the real problemI don't know anyone that had issues with UFC.tv and if there were, we'd be hearing way more than "a few" about UFC.tv. Neulion issues don't apear to be huge, but obvious glitches when dealing with this volume. It will be identified what happened and corrected with team work between UFC and Neulion. I love the UFC app and so do thousands of others. There have been some huge events shown on UFC fightpass lately drawing big numbers from what I've been reading online.
As with any event of this magnitude, there will be streaming issues due to several different reasons. Refunds are part of the business and if handled with proper respect, which it appears is happening and good to know. Good on UFC and Neulion for coming out with thier statement and position.
