RE:RE:RE:DANZ a complete f-up on the NFL. Toronto Sun article WE will see if they actually care on what they tend to do. If they bring back Sunday ticket and game pass in the interim, then they care. If they just give DANZ all the time in the world to fix it and doesn’t get better any time soon then I think it is just an experiment for the NFL. They didn't have to go with DANZ they could have keep going with Neulion but I believe wanted to experiment in a smaller market where they could get all teh kinks out and if it fails well oh well not a big deal.
I for one certainly would not want to see DANZ hire Neulion for any reason and I think Neulion shouldn't help any of these companies out. Think only reason they did with NHL was to collect the 4 million and move on because they knew the long-term deal there was nothing else they could do about it. But why would they want to go help competitors make their product and service work better and just take away more from Neulion. Makes zero sense for Neulion to help any of these platforms get better and then turn around and compete against Neulion.
Not sure how exactly small or big the UFC problem was I haven't been able to find any numbers and doubt with class actions there will be much released for a while with regards to who was at fault and how many ppv buys were affected or refunded.
Not sure we will see much from Q3. Still takes longer for these deals to start materializing good numbers. Unless the UFC.tv numbers really boost profit is about the only thing I would expect to change this quarter into something decent.
