The price fall over the last few weeks is very tellingthe price has been in steady decline drifting lower and lower with some larger volume in the last few days.....selling the assets is better than a private placement if they wanted more money for expansion in a focus area of the business but bottom line is they have to drive revenue and profit and they are now competing with the big boys.....its also very telling that no larger acquirer bought them yet.....even at the lower prices they had no interest...
they will have more cash but need to execute on their strategy.....if they prove the formula they may get taken over eventually....but competition is betting they fail and just go away.....
time will tell as always....hard to say on the price but my guess would be lower price into the last few days of tax selling
