The bottom line is that their losses exceed their profits and this is more than likely why their stock is down ... so far anyways.

last 2 quarters of net income was $1.1 M. shortfall of $400k this quarter.

What is wrong with you? That is a YoY report. It means this year they made $0.6M while last year they lost $1.3M. In other owrds, net consolidated income is up more than $2M over last year. How are you seeing this as a negative?

He doesn't see it as a negative. He sold above 3.10 and wants to get back in as cheap as possible. He is simply lacking in morals by his attempt to manipulate sentiment on the board.
