Trooperhobo I know you know this but I thought I would share

Trooperhobo I know you know this but I thought I would shareI too consider technicals but these days I focus on really knowing the compaines I invest in and determining whether any given day is risk on or risk off. It changes that fast. Much of the run up of late has been risk on "Trump" trading. The risk off trading we've seen over the past four sessions was also "Trump".  When it's "risk off" stocks less mature stocks like NLN get hit. That's the time to buy.

Invetopedia: During periods when risk is perceived as low, risk-on risk-off theory states that investors tend to engage in higher-risk investments; when risk is perceived as high, investors have the tendency to gravitate toward lower-risk investments

Risk on Risk off (RORO) is a concept within stock trading that describes the current market sentiment as either Risk on or Risk off. During a market sentiment of 'Risk on', the market is optimistic and more willing to take risk in exchange for possibly better returns.
