I think the appeal of NLN's services will catch on soonIf you caught the Build or Buy presentation it was abundantly clear that NLN's service is significantly more complicated to supply than it would seem at first glance. With BAMtech's poor financial performamce in mind it would be difficult to argue against the cost effectiveness of employing NLN's service. There is cost effectiveness and the time it takes to go live weighing heavily in NLN's favour in the decision so many businesses will have to make over the coming year or so. I say "have to" because more and more now that is how we stay connected to our customer/client base. Although not yet ready for prime time, it won't be long before it is. In the meantime its a cost of doing business that is here to stay.
