Computer Associates 2?
I just did some research and am a little concerned about the fact that NeulIon's management team seems to be made of former Computer Associates executives some of who have been accused of massive fraud. Charles Wang, NeuLion Chairman, former Chairman and CEO of Compute Associates who was thrown out of CA and sued by CA for $500 million. CA claims he mastermind the entire billion dollar fraud..... Nancy Li, Wang's wifeand former au pair, aslso former Computer Associates executive, fired and escorted out of the company.... Roy Reichbach, former Computer Associates executive, now working as Wang's lawyer and also worked for ReiJane of FalconStor who committed suicide after being indicted by the SEC. according to The New York Post, while Reijane was bleeding to death on his front lawn after shooting himself in the chest, Wang and Reichbach drove up and watched. Wang stayed in the car. Reichbach went into the house and came out with a bunch of papers and they drove off. Susie Schaeffer, former Computer Associates manager.... Ron Nunn, former Computer Associuates execurtive.... Chris Wagner, former Computer Associates executive.. if you google new York times, bloomber, businessweek, newsday, you will learn that Computer Associates was guilty of one of the biggest securs of all time and Wang's former protg, Sanjay Kumar said Wang was the driving force behind it. Kumar is in prison serving a 12 year federal sentence for the fraud, he is one of many CA execurtives that went to prison. If anyone can explain to me why we should not be concerned over this I would appreciate their input and any information that can rebut the appearance that NeuLion looks like Computer Associates reborn. Check out CA stock price also - went to $65 which triggered a $1 billion bonus ufor Wang and two others then it sank immediately going as low as $7. Almost 20 years later, it has never recovered. will NeuLion?

You joined SH August 26, 2015 to bash NLN, that much is clear. The SEC is well aware of the background of co. mgmt and has no problems with it. If you do take a hike.

I think what Tech is trying to say is that perhaps these guys should still be in jail & definitely banned from be involved with the Stock Market ! Good work posting that Tech, I do usually check for prior convictions of Managements' before investing in newish companies & quite often they are Con's waiting to Re-Emerge.
