Earnings expectations?

Q4, factoring in the following:

- Saffron Digital, costs associated with this takeover, etc.

- Ramping up hiring of new sales reps.

- Additional non-capitalized expenses related to transition from old HQ to new HQ.

- Q4 historically strong, last Q4 EPS of .13.

My guess with a few estimates of revenue and additional growth is $0.05 to $0.09 EPS. Depending on how much they've been spending on the above and modest revenue growth QoQ.

Any thoughts?

You are taking into account the one time $28million income tax benefit expense they had on the balance sheet y/e 2015 which inflated the eps but is a one time expense. So not anywhere near that.  My guess is Q4 revenue is 31m-35million and year end will be anywhere between 105m-109m. With basically no profit still. EPS -0.03-0.00. I believe with new purchases and expansion they aren't

Thanks, I didn't realize they had that on the 2015 balance sheet. I'm in the same boat, I'd be happy to see it down sub C$1 to pick up more shares.

without those investments we'd be trading on the Venture in the 50 cent range. We'd forever be a little company with little prospect for growth. Eventually we would just fade away. What I want to get a handle on far more than eps is what they have accomplished in the UK thus far and their vision of that contribution a few years out. Some colour on DivX is also needed. Where will revenue be

August 2015, NHL dropped Neulion for BAMTech.

I feel it's important to clarify that the NHL did not drop Neulion. The NHL was proposed a deal they could not refuse. It had nothing to do with Neulion, and everything to do with making a lot of money instantly. As far as we know, nobody has ever dropped Neulion proper.

BAM made a $1B offer and ownership in BAM for the NHL rights so it was not that they left because they were unstatisfied in fact they contracted NLN for a year to help BAM sort out their problems. That was a great buying opp, produced my 2nd NLN double. We're setting up for a third sometime this year perhaps. EBITDA will hold more meaning this Q if revenue shows a healthy increase. GLTA
