it would be cheaper for BAM to buy NLN than to

buy their clients out from under them.  As new and great as OTT is, it is at this time a very small slice of the NA viewing pie. Europe is growing much faster which would explain Safron. Chances are good NLN received a sizeable break fee for this. We'll know March 1st. Could be a banner quarter or NOT.
