one possible buyout scenario would be
NLN thins the public float to under 9M shares through the 8:1 consolidation. BAM buys out those minority shareholders and the insiders exchange their shares in NLN for shares in BAMTech. BAM suddenly has its own technology and a long list of clients. BAM is in this for the very long haul and they do not live and die by EPS like NLN does so they can do things NLN cannot. All IMHO of course. GLTA
