Did NLN just lose the NFL?
Saw this on the Globe and Mail article (https://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/sports-streaming-platform-dazn-expected-to-expand-into-canada/article35689732/):
The push into Canada comes two months after DAZN’s immediate parent, Access unit Perform Group, agreed to market the National Football League’s television rights, including a digital offering known as NFL Game Pass, in 100 countries outside of the U.S, including Canada and Japan. Perform has been posting a number of recruitment advertisements for staff focusing on the Canada operation, including for commentators and producers.
Also, the Terms and Conditions for Game Pass no longer mention Neulion (pretty sure it used to) and was updated on June 20th.
Any thoughts???

Neulion just recently signed again with the NFL. For America. The agreement you have posted is for International Marketing. Does Perform Group market other sports groups? NFL International streaming is currently up for negotiations. Neulion only has NFL America streaming under renegotiated contract. The main contract. I suspect they would certainly like the International contract as well.

Where did you see that agreement? They went from this in June in their subscription terms and agreements We have contracted with a third party (currently NeuLion, Inc.) to operate some of the above listed Subscription Products, ((a) - (d)), on our behalf. To this now We have contracted with a third party to operate some of the above listed Subscription Products on our behalf

Looks like its going in the exact same way it did with MLS. NFL chooses some else and terms and conditions changed. Same as MLS did and they lost them.
