Ultra high voltage direct current

Ultra high voltage direct currentMaybe need this for NW BC area. Can facilitate major green hydrogen, LNG and mine development.

Backup to wind or as a supplement to hydro. But again the cost. and where will BC Hydro get all the power to feed into the line? More suitable as a Trans Canada idea.

The new old school transmission line being planned by BC Hydro from Prince George toTerrace  BC, is already insufficient.

I hope Northland will remain to be interested in BC, if only with energy storage development. The corporate strategy of developing profitable offshore windfarms overseas, takes priority however.
