Interesting

A private equity firm headed by Trent Vichie (just incorporated Nov 2021), and the world's largest independent renewable energy company team up on North America's first green hydrogen/ammonia facility in Nova Scotia. They will take advantgae of the 30%+ tax credit the Federal Gov't will give them.

Beyond me how they will raise the many billions required not just for the windfarms, but for the production facility and marine terminal. The longterm offtake contracts with Germany are in place.

(Reuters) - EverWind Fuels said on Monday it would invest $1 billion in renewable energy generation to power its green hydrogen and ammonia production project in Nova Scotia.

The company said it had purchased three wind farm development projects in the Canadian province with total capacity of about 530 megawatts (MW) to power Phase 1 of its venture.
