New high today for US 10 Year treasury bills. 4.365%.
 
Elliott Wave theory points to higher interest rates.

Must tame inflation, however, interest rates can't go up too much more or else a recession will set in.  The Elliott Wave theory will remain a theory this time round. Stock price for NPI. What else do investors want? Excellent deal. Nice that expected revenues and free cash flow numbers were disclosed.
