Overall

OverallI am from Iroquois Falls which is why I knew about this company.  They have Iroquois Falls by the you know whats for the renegotiation in 2017.  No other options for that little town. So anyways.  If it wasn't for Gemini Offshore wind I guess the payout ratio would be under 100%.  Let's say with Battleford coming in how much are these guys making?  90/cents per year???  So it's close.  But with this project it looks like we are above 100% until 2017.  Is it worth it???  What will the payout be in 2017/2018?  How much debt will we incur because of this?  I just wish this company ran more like a regular company and payed out 80% and grew the other 20%.  But these guys are a bit different.  They seem to like to take on big bites but are good at the developing part.  So basically they are growth animals who pay a 7% yield.

Im not sure if you can have both at all times.  I just hope they clean tings up once Geimini is built and then run this thing more like an Enbridge income fund 80/20 principal.  I feel like overall I trust this company I just want them to slow it down a bit.  And since interest rates are low why not grown now I guess.  I own about 1000 shares.  Im not wealthy.  So Im keeping an eye on this company.  The risk does seem to have reward in the next 5 years.  Does anyone have a share price prediction in 2018???   Just for fun.  Tks.
