The alternative energy universe is pretty small and to lose one player, especially another Canadian company is not good for investors IMO.
NPI will begin to see a large increase in total revenue and EBITDA starting in Q1 2017, less than 6 months away. As I am invested for the income, I would rather participate in that growth than receive a one time gain even if it means the share price drops temporarily as a result of no deal.
Hopefully management will make the right decisions. They've done pretty good so far as far as I am concerned.
