My guess is that people like Milson Mundim took a long hard look at this company before getting on board.  Somebody with his track record would not take this on expecting to fail.  My sense is that he knows how to do due diligence and he knows what it takes to do large financing deals as he has done them and knows what the IBs will need to see in order to fund them.  I think people are not giving these guys enough credit.  Price of potash in India is not relevant to a country that is determined to develop its own domestic sources of critical agricultural inputs, imo.  This is a strategic resource and unless someone can figure out a way of relocating deposits to Brazil then I think there is a built-in advantage there that is just not going to go away.
