Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

Calm down folks

Calm down folksThe decision is being made by Inova/BNDES, not even NPK management knows if financing will be granted until next Tuesday. This stock is not for orphans and widows, if you have done your DD and are confident the company meets Inova's conditions for financing, then don't get spooked by the shaking of the tree.

If you want to read about the requirements Inova is looking for in a company to finance, go to link below and click "English" on top right. You will see for yourself that Inova was created to fund companies like Verde. Is it 100% certain, no, but if it was the stock would not be at .55 would it.
