It is my understanding that BNDES is now concentrating on those who are appealing their decision for financing. They will then get to financing structures. You are correct, the structure of the fiancing could be released anytime from now to end of year. But having been around this comapny for sometime and having read about BNDES financings in the past, in addition to them being busy with appeals, it is my opinion that the financing structure will probably be announced towards the latter part of 2014... leaving a huge amount of time with no NR of substance.
I don't believe permits or more agronomic trials will move the stock, as we saw recently with the NR about TK. As for offtake deals, I have asked them about it for a long time, they say yes, we have intersted parties... but I do not believe there is anything like that in the works to be released anytime soon.
These are just my opinions and everyone is entitled to reach their own conclusions.
