Critical Mass

Critical MassDoes anyone here know what critical mass is?  Obviously treetop doesn't.

Break even implies that the company is reaching critical mass which means they have enough revenues to offset costs and continue operations.   In other words there is enough operating cash flow to continue the business without issuing new shares... and I predicted way back when that they wouldn't need to while people like treetop who don't understand numbers kept trying to convince people to sell their shares.  This is a startup now, not a mining company.  Big difference.  The growth rate is way better than many companies... this year will be better.

How anyone can say demand is weak simply portrays ignorance.  The company is just shy of selling out what they are producing.  Production is growing every year.  They sold more than their last estimate.  At this rate, they will exceed next years estimate of $10 million if they get permitted to produce more than 200,000 tonnes.

"The Company’s revenues in 2019 were $6.029 million, against a previously stated target of $5.3 million. The gross margin was 48% and the operating profit before non-cash events was $0.025 million. "

"
  • Revenue increased 344% with a total of $6,029,000, compared to $1,358,000 in 2018.
  • Gross profit was $2,864,000 and the gross margin was 48%, compared to $291,000 gross profit and 21% gross margin in 2018.
  • Production increased 310% at 122,035 tonnes, compared to 29,764 tonnes in 2018.
  • The Company sold 119,809 tonnes of Product, compared to 29,648 in 2018.
  • Revenue per tonne was $50 and production costs were $26, compared to revenue per tonne of $45 and production costs of $36 in 2018."
I ask, does that look like demand is weak??  Please... go put your head in the sand if you think it does.
