All they are doing is growing revenue substantially every year, maintaining a tiny float, conserving money and growing production facilities as needed without significant dilution. Getting farmer to change from Potash to K-Forte Greensand is a challenge as the farmers have been using Potash for half a century. So it isn't happening as fast as any of hoped, but it's happening.
provided they maintain the revenue trajectory they are on and the company doesn't dilute (CEO refuses to significantly dilute for Capex) the way basically every mining junior in the world does, this will be a booming success. Your constant negativity won't stop this story from playing out.
I trust that John Kaiser (Kaiser Research) thinks this is a legit 100 bagger more than an angry (former??) shareholder that's mission in life seems to be bash this company and its CEO.
with the Brazilian Real getting hammered, sourcing local fertilizer will become paramount for Brazil in the coming years. Verde has a multi decade supply right at their doorstep. I for one will let this story play out and see what happens over the next couple of years. I think we will be handsomely rewarded. Good luck.
